All my other fingernails look fine except for my thumbnails. One has a small bump underneath, while the other one has two bumps underneath. I've had this for a while now with no discoloration or other damage. Anybody know what the problem may be? Can I treat this?

I've got three fingernails that are 'bumpy' (yes, one is the thumb.) Rest are a-o.k. and I think I am healthy as hell for a 5l year old. I'm a vegetarian, run 5 K daily and had an excellent checkup last time. The doctor said I was healthier than a lot of 35 year olds. So what's up?
